About You
You love a real challenge. You have a big vision about how we can transform students through career development. And you are ready to do what it takes to achieve it.
You believe in helping students reach their potential, but you are curious about doing this at scale instead of just 1on1.
You are ready for more responsibility, autonomy and impact in your career. You want to work with a tiny but mighty team, and you want to grow something great.
You understand what it takes to rally people towards a common vision of the future. You are highly adaptable and ready to change. You thrive when creating thought-leadership, building relationships and in business development. You are resilient and have the courage to be persistent.
Most importantly, SparkPath’s vision, mission and values speak to you. For more information about this job, please see our full job description below.

About SparkPath
When thinking about their future, far too many students are narrowly focused on choosing a job title. SparkPath was created to change this. Our Challenge mindset broadens students' horizons by helping them find challenges to solve, instead of job titles to fit into. This shift unlocks new ideas, untapped energy and a sense of purpose.
Through the innovative Challenge Cards and Challenge mindset, our goal is to help every student create a path to meaningful work and take ownership of their future.
